We have been working hard to build up relationships with other businesses such as Caterers and Show Suppliers both locally and on the mainland which could help in the organising and running of your event. We can also help you in finding a location for your Marquee and advise on the insurance and health and safety aspects of holding your event in a Marquee. In addition to the options highlighted below Eilean Marquees can provide a Midge Eater (TM) Machine. We can install this on site a few days prior to your event to get the most benefit.

| Lining | A Marquee Lining ensures an elegant interior for your Marquee. The lining hangs from the top to the bottom of the Marquee giving a dramatic Ballroom atmosphere to the space. |
| Flooring | A wooden floor in the Marquee gives a firmer surface for your event. Carpet can be used to cover this and adds to the comfort. |
| Chairs | Eilean Marquees can supply strong polypropylene stacking chairs. |
| Chair Covers | White Chair covers with bows really dress the setting. |
| Carpets | New carpets in a choice of colours. |
| Tables | Eilean Marquees can supply strong 5' round banqueting tables seating between 8 and 10 people with Table Cloths. Strong Trestle style Tables are also available. |
| Chandeliers | Chandeliers give warm lighting and a spectacular finishing touch. They can be used by connecting to mains electricity or Eilean Marquees can provide a generator. |
| Generators | Having a band or need power for your event? Eilean Marquees can supply generators. Please give details of your requirements in the Enquiry Form. |
| Stage/Bar | Eilean Marquees can construct a stage, platform or Bar to your specifications. Please give details of your requirements in the Enquiry Form. |
| Staff | Eilean Marquees will check the Marquees before your event. If you require further staff to assist with anything, please let us know. |
| Further Marquees | Eilean Marquees can currently supply Marquees for events up to 320 mainly-standing guests for Buffets, 270 seated at 6' round tables and 600 people seated theatre style. The tables in the latter scenarios can be cleared to allow more Guests for an evening buffet type reception. We also have smaller Marquees available which are suited to Garden Parties or small family celebrations. They can also be used as a seperate Bar or catering tent. We can also join these structures together to your specification. Heavy duty Aluminium frame Marquee available with flooring carpets and linings. Suitable for grass or hard standing surface eg car park. This Marquue seats 50 at round tables comfortably. All Eilean Marquees stock meets or exceeds the relevant European and British Standards of fire retardancy and wind loading stipulations. |
| Toilets | Eilean Marquees can provide fully portable and self sufficient luxury WCs for your event. These units do not require a mains connection or waste outlet. They feature lighting, mirrors and hot and cold hand wash water. |
| Marquee Heaters | Eilean Marquees can provide powerful heaters that duct warm air into the marquee.. |
| Midge Eater | EIlean Marquees can install a Midge Eater machine on site to clear the area prior to your event. Please ask for details. |
